1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "TCU") define the rules applicable to the use of the digital platform dedicated to the   Pharma x Biotech Matching Day  event, organized by France Biotech.

The platform enables registered participants to:

  • create and manage their participant profile;

  • access information related to the event;

  • view profiles of other registered participants;

  • identify potential business opportunities;

  • schedule and manage professional meetings as part of the event.

By using the platform, users acknowledge that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Use.


2. Platform Owner

The platform is operated and managed by:

The event platform is technically powered by Inwink.


3. Access to the Platform

Access to the platform is restricted to registered and validated participants of the   Pharma x Biotech Matching Day a event.

Each user agrees to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration.

France Biotech reserves the right to suspend or remove a user's access in the event of:

  • inaccurate information being provided;

  • misuse of the platform;

  • violation of these Terms and Conditions of Use;

  • behaviour that may interfere with the proper organization of the event.


4. Profile Creation and Use

Each participant is responsible for the information provided in their profile.

Users agree to:

  • not impersonate another person or organization;

  • not publish false, misleading or inappropriate content;

  • keep their professional information accurate and up to date.

Information visible to other participants will be determined by France Biotech in accordance with the platform's operating rules and Privacy Policy.


5. Networking and Participant Connections

The platform allows participants to discover other registered participants and facilitate professional exchanges.

Connections made through the platform are intended exclusively to support professional interactions within the framework of the Biotech x Pharma event.

France Biotech facilitates these exchanges but does not guarantee:

  • that participants will schedule meetings;

  • that partnerships will be established;

  • that commercial or scientific collaborations will result from these exchanges.

Each participant remains free to decide whether or not to pursue discussions initiated through the platform.


6. Use of Information and Content

Users agree to use information available on the platform solely for professional purposes related to the event.

Any misuse of information accessible through the platform, including unsolicited commercial solicitation, is prohibited.


7. Confidentiality of Exchanges

Participants are responsible for the information they choose to share during their discussions and meetings.

France Biotech recommends that participants enter into appropriate confidentiality agreements (NDAs) before sharing sensitive or confidential information.


8. Platform Availability

France Biotech will make reasonable efforts to ensure the proper functioning of the platform.

However, France Biotech cannot guarantee continuous availability of the service and shall not be held liable in the event of temporary interruption due to:

  • maintenance operations;

  • technical issues;

  • circumstances beyond its reasonable control.


9. Personal Data

Personal data collected through the platform is processed in accordance with the  Pharma x Biotech Matching Day  Privacy Policy.

Data is used exclusively for:

  • registration management;

  • event organization;

  • participant networking and matchmaking;

  • facilitating professional meetings.

Information may be visible to registered participants according to the settings defined by France Biotech.


10. Intellectual Property

All content available on the platform (including texts, logos, graphic elements, documents and editorial content) is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use of such content is prohibited.


11. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions of Use

France Biotech reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Use in order to reflect changes to the platform, the organization of the event or applicable regulations.

The applicable version is the one available on the platform at the time of use.


12. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Use

Registration and use of the Biotech x Pharma platform constitute full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
