Event Rules & Participation Guidelines Biotech x Pharma Matching Day

1. Purpose of the Event

Biotech x Pharma  Matching Day is a professional event organized by France Biotech, designed to foster exchanges and collaboration opportunities between biotechnology companies, pharmaceutical companies and key stakeholders in healthcare innovation.

The event is based on professional meetings and networking opportunities between registered participants.


2. Registration Requirements

Participation in Pharma x Biotech Matching Day y requires prior registration through the dedicated platform.

Each participant agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding their identity, organization and areas of interest in order to facilitate relevant networking opportunities.

France Biotech reserves the right to approve or decline registrations in order to ensure alignment between participant profiles and the objectives of the event.


3. Meeting Organization

Participants can identify potential opportunities for collaboration and schedule professional meetings through the event platform.

France Biotech will make reasonable efforts to facilitate exchanges between participants but does not guarantee:

  • a minimum number of meetings;

  • the establishment of partnerships;

  • the conclusion of any agreement or collaboration following the event.

Participants remain free to accept or decline meeting requests received through the platform.


4. Use of the platform

The event platform allows registered participants to create their profile, provide their professional information and access the networking features offered as part of the Pharma x Biotech Matching Day
Participants agree to use the platform solely for professional purposes related to the event.


5. Participant Commitments

Participants agree to:

  • use the platform exclusively for professional purposes related to the event;

  • maintain a respectful and professional attitude towards all participants and organizers;

  • Not use the information accessible through the platform for any purposes other than those related to the  Pharma x Biotech Matching Day, including unsolicited commercial prospecting;

  • respect the confidentiality of information shared during discussions when such information is identified as confidential.


6. Confidentiality of Exchanges
